An experienced personal assistant, you will provide strong administrative and secretarial support to the Director and look after their property portfolio including both residential and commercial properties. You will be an excellent organiser and communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude.

Duties includes – In the capacity of Personal assistant you will be required to organise meetings, Respond to urgent requests, preparation of meeting and board papers etc. and also managing property portfolios owned.

Experience and qualifications required:

· Previous relevant experience is required

· Exceptional computer literacy

· An ability to work to tight deadlines

· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

· Relevant tertiary qualification gained in NZ.
