We are looking for PAs at all levels - from PA/Team Administrator to executive support level. If you have previously held or currently hold a Personal Assistant position and are thinking about what you want to do next we would love to have a conversation with you today.

We're looking for highly motivated candidates who have an instinct for knowing when their help is needed. You'll be known for being highly productive and letting nothing slip through the cracks.

Your ability to build great relationships in the workplace will be legendary and will set you in good stead for hitting the ground running as a temp.

Most of our temporary PA roles include, but are not limited to the following tasks:
  • diary management
  • email management - identifying key issues to bring to your manager's attention
  • preparing documentation - ensuring your manager is well informed and equipped with the appropriate information prior to meetings
  • travel and accommodation booking
  • meeting coordination - booking meeting rooms or off-site venues, catering, equipment, sending calendar invites etc.
  • processing invoices and expenses
  • general office administration tasks - ordering stationery, filing and scanning documents etc.
