A role has arisen for a Personal Assistant position within one of the most highly reputable Chartered Accounting Firms in Canterbury. This well-known company, based in modern offices within the Chrstchurch CBD provide a dedicated but fun team culture with a supportive team. This is a busy and demanding role that will see you split your week between being a PA to one of the firms accounting teams and also providing PA support to other PAs at the company. You will be supporting Partners at the firm so expect to be under the pump and always busy. Your role will focus providing regular day-to-day support through meeting schedules, document preparation, monthly billing, diary management and travel coordination. The successful candidate will have a strong administrative background with at least two years PA or reception experience. Having worked within the Financial Services/ Accounting sector already will be looked upon favourably. Your hard working nature will see you excel in this role and your dedication to getting things done will allow you to hit the ground running. You need to be someone with lots of resilience to be successful in the role.
Please be aware that this is a full time role, but a fixed term contract of 5 months.
