An exciting opportunity to be part of this service driven organisation with a real focus on their staff.

My client is needing a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support a newly appointed Chief Operating Officer who has energy and initiative. We are looking for someone to match this! You will need to be capable, adaptable and not scared of change.

In addition, you will support the President of the organisation and the Board.
Your days will be busy and varied and see you switch seamlessly between priorities.

A good fit in this role will be a candidate who brings a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude to this opportunity. You will enjoy bouncing new initiatives around, offer a vibrant personality, build strong relationships and anticipate needs ahead of time.

Your days will include the following:
• Diary and email management
• Key support for the Chief Operating Officer and some support for the President
• Monthly Board support including minute taking
• Event planning for an annual conference
• Drafting correspondence
• Booking travel
