The Project Coordinator role will need previous experience working with a Government project team to deliver excellent secretariat support, manage work streams, budgets and deadlines. The duties include minute taking, travel bookings, running of large meetings, events, and workshops. You will also be assisting with reporting, induction of new team members, and other necessary tasks for the project. A strong background in contract administration, invoicing, and relationship management is highly desirable.

The right candidate will have to be well-rounded and highly organized. You will have to have good problem solving skills, be resourceful, and take the initiative when necessary.

Ideally, you will be a multi-tasker with a flair for organization and planning tasks well. Your attention to detail will be one of your best attributes, not to mention your excellent time management, being able to remain calm under pressure, and your ability to liaise with people in all levels of the organization.

About you:

  • 2 years minimum experience as a Project Coordinator/Administrator

  • Prince2 qualification or equivalent

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Planview or similar

  • Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Excellent administration and organizational skills
