We have great communication, social media and project administration positions available for people who have had significant experience - ideally with exposure in the oil and gas sector or a strong under standing of Health and Safety in a high hazard facility.

The roles we are looking to fill are FULL TIME TEMPORARY Project roles and will require you to be available for an immediate start.

You must have a strong connection with Health and Safety practices and be process driven.

To be successful for these roles you will be well organised, committed to taking responsibility and working autonomously.

Your vibrant and proactive approach to the role will be stand out along with your ability to exhibit strong initiative.

Stay calm and professional under pressure. Fitting in a large volume of work in day and dealing with everybody's requirements with ease.

You must be eligible to work in New Zealand and flexible to work longer hours as required.

THE ROLES

  • Communications - A project journalist to run the projects day to day Media.

  • Social Media - A Social Media guru (enough said) Savvy with technology and easily manage the day to day social media requirements of the project.

  • Project Administrators - Operational and effective project administration roles in supporting the different teams, assisting established admin teams and reception.

As these are busy roles, you will need to have the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and produce quality work.

Experience in time entry & management (Payroll), data entry, purchasing and costing and general administration support are key to carrying out these roles.

Some of the roles may require a total business support model where you will show case your overall administration management skills.

Any general administrative support and cover that is required - that is code for you are prepared to undertake ALL admin requirements including hump tasks.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

High attention to detail.

Building and maintaining quality relationships.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills.

Have a solid background in technical administration - these are not entry level positions.

Be comfortable using complex systems.

Work well in a reactive environment, with the ability to achieve deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.

Be a true team player with a positive attitude.
