Hudson are looking for an experienced professional to provide coordination support for a busy dynamic team. This role will suit someone who is confident, adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As the successful candidate, you will have a strong administration and support background, and be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Great organisational and coordination skills
  • Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple ongoing tasks
  • Strong communication skills & able to manage expectations
  • A fast learner who is confident asking questions where needed to ensure they have full knowledge of the tasks in hand
  • Has an eye for detail
  • Willing to take responsibility for tasks and successfully complete them independently
  • Be adaptable to change
  • Able to work well in a busy office atmosphere
  • Energetic and proactive, able to create an efficient and comfortable way of working
  • Works well as part of a team and is able to contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere
  • Calm, confident and unfazed by change
  • Works well under pressure

In addition to the above, you will have advanced experience in MS Word, Exel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
