The Bays SwimMagic Team based at CLM The Bays in St Johns are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our dynamic team as our Adult Squad Coach.

The ideal candidate will have the relevant qualifications and experience in delivering coaching to a range of abilities and ages, as well as strong communication skills to ensure participation engagement.

The position is part time with the current squad timetable as

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5.15 to 8.00am
Tuesday and Thursday 5.45am to 7.15am.

There would be the opportunity for the individual to pick up additional shifts at the facility coaching / swim teaching within the SwimMagic programme.

To apply for this role you must hold the below prerequisites:

Experience in swimming coaching
Knowledge and understanding of how to further develop a swimmers technical and physical ability both in the pool and ocean swimming
Be committed, reliable and get a kick out of helping people improve their swimming technique
Have a friendly, confident and motivating personality
Competitive pay rate available for a candidate with relevant experience.
