We are seeking high energy multitasking applicants that are keen to join Nelson Marlborough’s largest and most experienced property management company for this exciting role that can provide excellent service to our clients in our Motueka Branch.

This is a role where you will be responsible for the following duties and tasks:
• Attracting new clients to our management service
• Advertising and showing properties to prospective tenants
• Conducting tenant reference checks and preparing legal documents
• Condition reports on properties and maintenance recommendations and supervision
• Compliance to the Residential Tenancies Act, Housing Improvement Act and others
• Data entry including recording conversations, reporting to clients etc
• Rent arrears follow up, vacation checks, evictions, Tribunal attendance
