We are looking for full time (40-48 hours a week) shop duty manager to join our busy salons and friendly team located at Milford, Auckland. Must have a good attitude and be flexible,also need fluent English and multiple languages.
Requirement: must have experiences as a nail technician, you must be available to work on weekend and late night Thursday and Friday (up to 9pm)
Pay rate: $17 to $20/hour depends on experiences and qualification.

Main Purpose of Job:
Responsibility for efficient running and profitability of the salon via direction from Salon manager, while taking into account all Everlastnails’ salon standards and client services are carried out.
You are also required to provide appropriate training to new staff in regards of basic knowledge of hand and foot massage techniques, the neat application of coloured nail polish and the perform of professional nail care and nail art.
1. In the absence of the Salon Manager carry out the daily operation of the salon, ensuring effective communication of all required standards and procedures to all staffs.
2. To ensure salon cleanliness and maintenance is in keeping with the company’s general policy on services.
3. To ensure that small maintenance jobs are carried out and paid for from petty cash.
4. To discipline and guide all members of staff to create a happy working atmosphere for the benefit of both staff and clients.
5. Together with Manager to plan future staff requirements to maintain staff levels. Control selection, training and supervision of staff.
6. To maintains excellent communications within the salon; build positive, supportive working relationships with staff and promotes teamwork.
7. To attend demonstrations, workshop or launch events when required.
8. To ensure that the Company policies in relation to :
? Nail trends and techniques and
? Staff dress and appearance
? Staff mannerr, language
9. To recommends/suggests clients of all products available for retail purchase, in order to maximize product sales and to ensure clients are using the right products.
10. To liaise with Store manager or ordering stock, including maintaining stock levels, and to ensure that staffs are aware of this.
11. To ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulation.
12. To deal with clients feedback, complaint, refund or any enquiry.
