As part of our management team, you will assist to lead your team, demonstrate initiative and provide motivation and coaching to develop your staff.

Our successful candidate will be:

  • Confident and bring enthusiasm with them onto the shop floor
  • Delivering a customer service experience that is personalised and ensures our customers are given the best possible service and assistance
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets
  • Developing and leading the team
  • Responsible for the store when the Manager is absent
  • Merchandising to company standards
  • Managing Stock
  • Store Administration

As part of the Management team you will be required to work 40 hours per week, working a Sunday through to Thursday standard roster, including alternate late night.

Previous management experience is desirable, but a friendly, bright and bubbly personality is a must.
