The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of people to achieve restaurant goals and targets. A Restaurant Manager is a leader in the restaurant and their purpose is to ensure that all staff are contributing towards providing outstanding QSC and adherence to safety standards.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3.5yrs years McDonald's experience and must have attended the McDonald's Restaurant Leadership Practices (R.L.P) Course or be booked to attend the R.L.P. Course within the next 9 months to be considered eligible for this role.
Upon securing the position, the candidate will be responsible for working with & leading the Restaurant Department Managers & the entire Management Team to ensure that the systems within the restaurant are running efficiently and all key success factors are being met.

Accountability:
People - demonstrates and reinforces the leadership behaviours and basic people minimums necessary to gain commitment from crew and management team.
- Communicates effectively and candidly

QSC/Sales Building - Maintains critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
- Models performance standards for all crew stations and maintenance as needed.
- Develops and executes plans to improve external customer's satisfaction with their McDonald's experience and to increase their loyalty.

Food Safety and Sanitation - Enforces and manages all food safety.
- Manages all sanitation requirements and practices.

Administration - Administers employee benefits and payroll procedures.
- Ensures and maintains proper security and verification procedures when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
- Ensures all daily, weekly and monthly paperwork is completed and recorded accurately on a timely basis.
- Takes action to facilitate the compliance with the McDonald's Workplace and Safety Policy and to maintain a safe workplace.

Health & Safety - Proactively participates in the ongoing management of Health & Safety.
