In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the business and for developing and implementing strategies to develop and grow the profitability of the business. You will work to improve the company´s market position and achieve financial growth. You will define long-term organizational strategic goals and identify business opportunities. You will work closely with managing director to increase revenue for our business.
> Manage and control overall store requirement.
> In charge of all stock orders.
> Formulating and implementing marketing policies.
> Promoting and advertising the establishment.
> Determining product mix.
> Selling goods to customers and advising them on product use.
> Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing product.
> Undertaking budgeting for the establishment.
> Controlling selection, training, and supervision of staff.
> Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
> Develop and grow the profitability of the business.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
> Relevant qualification and 1-2-year experience in a supervisory/managerial position.
> Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
> Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
> Available to work flexible hours including weekends/public holidays.
> Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
> Strong numerical skills and ability to manage budgets, financial resources and staff.
> Knowledge of Hindi and Punjabi language would be beneficial.
> Strong customer and staff management skills.
> Honest, punctual and hard working.
