Four Square Pirongia is looking for an experienced, motivated individual to join the team in a Full-Time role as Office Manager/ Duty Manager.

Reporting directly to the Owner/Operator, the successful applicant's responsibilities include;

Office Manager responsibilities:
Be responsible for carrying out banking duties
Handling the payroll
Reconciling invoices and receipting stock
Replying to emails and answer phone call enquiries
Strong computer skills and have sound knowledge with Excel & Microsoft word
Paying invoices
Following up shortage of goods
Maintaining training records and personnel files
Maintaining price and data integrity within the supermarket
Maintaining shelf label and ticketing
Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication
Abide by the companies’ policies and procedures at all times
Analyze weekly sale cash flow reports
Ability to work under pressure

Duty Manager responsibilities;
Opening/ closing the shop Monday to Friday including one evening weekend shift
Preparing weekly staff rosters
Ensure that the store meets health and safety requirements
Monitoring the store’s surveillance system and alarm’s
Ensuring standards of merchandising and presentation are achieved and maintained
Motivating, training and leading staff
Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
Supervising the routine stock take
Ensure the Sales and Supply of alcohol Act 2012 is being followed strictly
Ensuring that correct compliance policies and procedures are followed
Maintain outstanding store conditions at all times
Be creative with new ideas to grow the business
Deal with all issues that arise from staff and customers (complaints, Grievances).
Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance and leading with example
Other duties as required by the Owner/Operator

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven successful 2 year or more prior experience as a Duty Manager and minimum 1 year or more Office Manager’s experience
Have taken and passed the Lotto course with relevant practical experience
Must have a territory level 7 Retail Business qualification
Current LCQ Certificate
Fork Lift License
Own vehicle and NZ full Driving license
Must pass a Criminal & Drug test
