We are currently looking for a highly motivated, energetic, customer focused Sales Assistant with a can-do attitude who is ready to join the already passionate team at our Capital Gateway Store.
We are looking a staff member who is available Saturday, with the ability to work some shifts during the week on a part time basis for a minimum of 10 hours per week. The shifts during the week are likely to be late afternoon/evening.
To be successful in this role you will have a great focus on Customer Service and helping grow the business. You will have the following essential skills:
Highest level of customer service
Strong Sales focus, to achieve store targets as set by Managing Director
Ability to be part of a team in an ever changing environment
Communication skills at the highest level
Understanding of KPI performance indicators such as, Items per Sale, Average Sale, Gross Margin, Dead Stock, Low Stock
Flexibility, as you may be required to work during the week, some public holidays, weekends and late nights.
