We are looking for a Store Manager to join our Takapuna team!

To be successful in this role you will be a self-motivated and reliant. You will thrive on personal success and the success of your team. You will need a positive approach to customer service and a passion for working with people. Your duties will consist of coaching and developing all staff members within your team. You will be responsible for rosters, staffing and target achievement.

To be considered for this role you must have:

-? 2-3 years experience in a management role
-? Skills to drive store performance and KPI achievement
-? Strong communication and multi tasking skills
-? A self motivated, enthusiastic, success driven attitude
-? A high standard of personal presentation
-? The ability to lead from the front, inspire your team and review ongoing staff development
