This is a great opportunity to secure a retail management role across a number of stores. You will lead by example, train and motivate staff.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will need excellent time management, report writing and training skills and will need to be familiar with all our products.

Recruit and employ staff
Ensure all staff are well trained and meet industry standards
Initiate plan and execute seasonal promotional projects
Ensure all correct procedures are followed
Ensure all transactions are accurately and honestly recorded, including use of technology
Increase efficiency and sales
Manage stock takes and stock levels
Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales
Dealing with all staffing issues
Ensure customer service standards are maintained
Oversee and resolve all OSH matters
Respond to customer complaints
Liaison with marketing, finance and board level management.

Job Requirements:

Resilient and confident team leader
Solid leadership and motivational skills
Strong prior management expereince and/or tertiary qualification
Great organisational and reporting skills
Team player, driven and profit focused
Flexibility to travel as required
NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa and clean Drivers Licence
