We are seeking to employ an experienced Store Manager to manage the Liquor Store in Auckland

We are looking for a person who can demonstrate the following skills and qualities

§ Qualification: A business qualification at Level 6 as theoretical knowledge is advantageous for the role
§ Leadership Skills: You will have to keep your employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions for your employees.
§ Time Management: You will be working with employees, customers and management.
§ Budgeting: Managers are expected to keep and maintain a budget in almost every field.
§ Human Resource Management : You will be in charge of hiring new employees, training employees and monitoring them
§ Decision-Making Skills: You would be dealing with employees, customers, management or vendors, you will have to make decisions that affect the company.
§ Great customer service skills
§ Should be able to pass drug test
§ Have a current Liquor Controller License and General Manager’s License

Remuneration will be negotiated based on the qualification and relevant retail work experience of minimum one year in the relevant industry. .
