Our company is a busy and fast on your feet environment, with a team of staff that are always willing to help one another. We are looking for a Manager that is able to both lead the team and understand the high level of work that needs to be done on a daily basis. We need a person that can manage not just within the store, but also with different areas of the Gas Station in general.

Position responsibilities:

-Takes overall management of the store by choosing products and determining stock levels and prices for different items of the store
-Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
-Maintains store staff job results by setting up the store service standard, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
-Achieves financial objectives by preparing a store spending budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
-Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service and products requirements
-Formulates and implements purchasing and pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends
-Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios
-Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
-Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
-Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
-Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing current market trend, financial statements and sales records

This position will also give the successful candidate the opportunity to develop their own skills and knowledge.

The successful applicant will have the qualities:
- A qualification in the relevant field, minimum level 5
- At least three years' relevant experience is
- Heath and safety certificate;
- Food and safety certificate;
- Great communication skills;
- Ability to multi task and be focused;
- Lead and work alongside a busy team;
