Key responsibilities :
This position requires a Qualified Manager with around 2 years of appropriate Management experience and qualification.
-Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
-Maintains store staff, training and motivating employees as well as, conducting appraisals and performance reviews and providing training
-Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock, implementing stock control systems, stock tracking and ordering.
-Use information technology to record and maintain sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning for the store
-Daily cash reconciliation, petty cash and banking
-Roistering for employees
-Respond to customer complaints and comments:
-Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the employees also provide the same level of service.
-Sell goods to customers, advise and recommend products and add on products.
-Schedule, organize & delegate work to staff.
-Develop, execute. and manage merchandising programs for the store
-Ensure staff comply with Company policies and procedures
-Maintain security controls - cash, keys, alarms and stock
-Ensure the business and staff Comply with Occupational Health & Safety guidelines
