Minimum 1 years of managerial experience in same industry.
Must be flexible to work on roster and on weekends and public holidays.
Qualification -Relevant Business or Management qualification.
This position requires a Qualified Store Manager with more than one year of appropriate Management experience and qualification.
Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency,
Maintains store staff, training and motivating employees as well as, conducting appraisals and performance reviews and providing training
Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock, implementing stock control systems, stock tracking and ordering:
Daily cash reconciliation, petty cash and banking
Rostering for employees
Respond to customer complaints and comments:
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the employees also provide the same level of service.
Sell goods to customers, advise and recommend products and add on products
Schedule, organize & delegate work to staff.
Develop, execute. and manage merchandising programs for the store
Ensure staff comply with Company policies and procedures
Maintain security controls - cash, keys, alarms and stock
Ensure the business and staff Comply with Occupational Health & Safety guidelines
