Following the successful expansion in Christchurch, EZU opened a branch in Auckland in 2017 to satisfy the continuous market growth. We are a group of young and energetic people aim at providing amazing experience to our customers. Now we are looking for a Store Manager to join us before the busiest season comes.
- Leading a smooth and efficient operation of the store;
- Hiring and coaching new staffs as needed;
- Drafting and publishing promotion plans, especially for the coming summer season;
- Dealing with customer concerns and complains
- Daily administration duties, such as managing transactions and keeping records
Skills and ability
- Bachelor degree or above in Business/Management or relating field;
- Strong inter-person and communication skills;
- Managing experience is a bonus;
- Being creative, full of ideas in marketing;
- Ability to work rostered including weekends;
- A clear New Zealand driver’s full licence;
- Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or valid work permits.
- As most of our customers are from China, the ability to speak Mandarin and ability to manage promotion on Chinese social media is an advantage. Fast learners of other cultural background are also welcome.
