Our client is a worldwide leader in protecting products, preserving food, and healthcare solutions. They pride themselves at being at the forefront of sustainability. Currently, they are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their busy team.
Working from the Hamilton office, this position involves a high level of customer service and client ownership. This will also include complaint, order and customer management and sales support, and building customer relationships.
Please note this is a 12 month fixed term role.
Previous experience within customer service would be preferred but not essential if you have the right skills and attitude. You are expected to be efficient, accurate and have strong communication skills. Comprehensive training is provided. You must be a team player who shows initiative and adaptability.
