We're looking for someone to grow Customer Success and Support functions for a scaling SaaS startup. You'll be building excellent customer experiences, reporting on key customer insights, and identifying and creating campaigns to help onboard, engage and retain customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
A bit about you
- You'll have experience managing a Customer Success function in a SaaS environment
- Ideally, you'll have done this in a high growth environment, where you've been responsible for implementing Customer Success and Support strategies
- You'll understand the key insights needed in a Customer Success environment, and be able to deliver these insights.
- Be comfortable creating innovative support content to assist customers with onboarding etc
- You'll have a passion for the user, and for providing excellent service across a number of mediums
