My client is a leading, privately owned outsourced contact centre and technology company operating internationally and achieving huge growth. THE ROLE:

Working as part of a fun, collaborative team in modern offices you will enjoy a relaxed work environment, and whilst you will have all the support you need you will also enjoy the opportunity to be self-managing and take ownership of your role. Your key duties will include:

* Facilitating individual and group coaching sessions to improve performance and results
* Designing and developing training modules for use in virtual classrooms
* Facilitating soft skills training to small groups in an e-learning environment
* Contributing to the design and implementation of training strategies for the ongoing development of home based operators
* Listening to call recordings and real time calls to check for compliance and quality
* Providing feedback to home based operators by phone, email and internal chat system

WHAT SETS YOU ASIDE:

You are an outstanding listener, with a positive, engaging style and the ability to connect with and inspire a diverse team. You are absolutely passionate about coaching sales professionals to achieve results. You demonstrate:

* Success in a sales focused role
* Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles
* Coaching and/or training experience with the ability to inspire and motivate people to achieve results
* Excellent communication skills and an engaging training style
* Ideally, some familiarity with remote learning/e-learning
