Fundamental Worldwide is a diverse and fast growing fundraising company, which raises millions of dollars per year for both national and international charitable organisations. Due to our growth we are seeking a workforce planning analyst to further our growth.
This is a hands on role which allows you to work closely with management and provide advice and insight in key areas. Our company offers a completive salary, great working environment and progression opportunities.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced role where they are required to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team. They will also be required to have extreme attention to detail with regards planning, group management, logistics recruitment and budgeting.
Fundraising is a unique role which attracts unique individuals. Spotting the ideal candidate to be part of our team is essentials to our organisations and therefore essential to the role. A minimum of 6 months in a recruitment role is essential to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining personal records
• Editing contracts
• Developing Recruitment Strategies
• Logistical Planning
• Maintaining relationships with site managers
• Assisting management with disciplinary matters
• Assisting management in employee development
• Logging performance data

To be considered for the role we require:
• 6 months plus recruitment experience
• Experience in planning
• Experience in disciplinary matters
• Experience in logistics
• Experience in development programs and implementation
• Experience in project management
• Experience in collating data for management
• Excellent communication skills
• A methodical and well organised approach to work, with the ability to prioritise and work towards deadlines.
• A background in fundraising
• A relevant degree or equivalent
• Experience working with employment contracts
