ABOUT THE ROLE

To foster this growth, the company is looking to appoint a Sales Manager to be responsible for generating new sales opportunities. We are interested in hearing from people who have strong sales skills and who have demonstrated success in a sales-based role.

To be successful in this role, applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:

1. No Fear: This is a sales based role and it will involve a fair degree of cold calling and networking. This type of activity needs to come naturally and excite applicants.

2. Exceptional Planning: We require a person that is well organised and can plan their day/week in order to maximise the time and opportunities available.

3. Self-Management: You will have the full support of the team and they will be on hand as required. However, you will also need to be able to think on your feet.

4. Target Driven: Effective sales people understand that achieving outstanding results requires the relentless pursuit of meeting and exceeding the required ‘inputs’ to achieve the necessary ‘outcomes’.

5. Idea Creator: This is a sales role so coming up with ideas (with the logic to support) to generate new sales is critical.
