About the role
Our successful Sales Team is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to ensure the continued success and profitable growth of the retail market in New Zealand. As a natural relationship builder our expectation is that you will work efficiently and productively with our existing customer base as well as introduce our business to new customers. You will primarily be responsible for the management and growth of Valspar within New Zealand's largest hardware retailers, along with;
Monitoring competitor activity and providing market intelligence
Managing the executional delivery of new products and promotional activities - being passionate about our brands and what they can do for both customers and consumers!
You will report to the National Business Manager - Retail and be an integral member of the wider NZ Team.
You will have demonstrated experience successfully managing a sales territory along with extensive experience selling in a retail environment. We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, ambitious and genuinely passionate about growing business in partnership with our customers.
