Your experience, skill set, self-drive and motivation to learn will be key factors to your success in this role. This is a new role / position within the company based in our Auckland office.
You will bring:
Proven experience in the construction process and an understanding of concrete

Proven sales ability to communicate effectively with all people,
project managers, site managers and engineers.

Technical knowledge of civil precast and tilt up construction would be an advantage.

A can do attitude and the ability to work well independently and in a team.

A willingness to continue learning and grow your area of expertise

Must be able to read structural plans and take off quantities accurately.

Attention to detail.

Must be reliable, trustworthy ,honest, motivated and well presented

The role will include:
Understanding the product range fully

Maintaining records of a pricing, sales, and activity reports and keeping a database up to date

Keep a library of technical information for use in quote / sales

Identify growth prospects and opportunities

Handling large, diverse projects across New Zealand and overseas at all stages including in planning, tendering, and site support at construction time. We are involved with all the major projects across the country

Communicating effectively with our clients including engineers, developers, and

Technical support.

Previous sales experience is required for this role
