Hands-on Sales Role

Windoware is a private company expanding its market share in supplying a large range of manufactured and imported products including drapery hardware (curtain tracks), made to measure blinds, outdoor blinds and other related accessories. The company supplies major retail chains and independent operators throughout New Zealand and into various export markets.
The appointee will be responsible for achieving budgeted target income by developing sales opportunities in key accounts and independent retail specialists, as well as managing a team of local merchandisers.
Key attributes sought in the appointee include:
Successful sales experience, preferably in the retail sector. Industry experience is not essential however a demonstrable sales history in a business to business environment is crucial.
Excellent oral and written English
A dynamic approach with high quality self management and planning abilities.
The interest and ability to advance within the company.
Be computer literate in all Microsoft office products and possess an ability to quickly learn in-house computer software programmes.
