The core of the role will be in promoting and gaining specification for the business' waterproofing systems. Your success will come from seeking out and securing projects by developing and maintaining relationships with architects, contractors and applicators.
This is a role where your presentation skills, business acumen and proven sales ability will be brought to the fore. You will have a proven track record in increasing and sustaining your presence in the field, preferably within the building industry or similar, and be able to display a sound understanding of what constitutes a successful project driven sales cycle. Knowledge of waterproofing systems or construction membranes will be highly regarded.
