Working closely with the experienced team, you will receive structured training and ongoing support through our franchise system and from the business owners.
The role is busy, taking telephone & on-line enquiries, entering data into our Microsoft AX system, keeping support documentation turning, booking deliveries and services, liaising closely with our delivery representatives and following up payments.
- Administration and customer service experience
- Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft AX and Office 365
- Some accounts experience
- Some Tech skills – comfortable with Smart TV’s and Laptops.
- A warm and friendly telephone manner
- A sales focus to drive toward team targets
- The ability to get along with everybody in a small team environment
- Enthusiasm. Someone who enjoys sharing a joke
- A knowledge of Auckland and Auckland customers
- Commitment & Reliability. Able to work 8am to 5pm.
