We are seeking for a experience administrator to support our sales team.

This role is Monday- Friday 8am-5pm. This role is a temp role with an opportunity to became permanent staff.

Responsibilities in this role:

  • Running reports
  • Taking notes at client meeting then create reports from that data
  • General admin
  • Making spreadsheets with data collected
  • Attend meeting & client visits

To be successful:

  • Intermediate level at Excel & Word
  • Typing speed of 60-70 words per minute
  • Service background (preferred)
  • TSM- Preferred
  • Running reports
  • Preparing reports
  • Great communication skills
  • Customer service skills
