As the first point of contact you will be responsible for meeting all new clients and walking them through the design and build process. Critical to this role is someone with industry experience who can confidently sell off plans so some building knowledge is favourable. You must be able to communicate effectively and ideally be in a similar sales role. You can demonstrate your ability to connect with people, articulate their ideas into a home, deliver on the Summit Homes tag line - “live in your dream.”
