Supporting the Trade Rep and wider Trade team in processing orders coordinating and follow-through on all quotes, plans to estimator and quotation presentation packs, updating and maintaining stock adjustments, product descriptions and price updates, organising all customer indent stock/special orders and their charge-out, reconciling and tracking key customer accounts, building customer base of fringe customers to further develop business opportunities.
As you can see this is a diverse role that will have you involved with everyone across the Trade department, and really utilise your organisational, administrative and people skills. For this position we are looking for someone who has:experience in a similar role within the construction/building industry,strong administrative skill,good MS Office computer skills, especially MS Exce, l A desire to deliver excellence in all that you do Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Drive and enthusiasm Fantastic time management and organisational skills. In addition, dispatch/logistic skills would be a real advantage, as would the ability to read plans.
