About the role
Being an extremely pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing administrative sales support to the systems solutions team which will include anything from customer service, orders, reports, liaising with customers, as well as an element of marketing support and various operational duties that come within a fast paced sales environment. This role is all about pro-activity and initiative here! You'll essentially be the glue that holds it all together; being the knowledge-centre for pricing, product and projects that the team are currently working on. You'll have fantastic energy and produce highly accurate work in a timely manner. Superior time-management skills, an outgoing and positive attitude and a real desire to do a great job for your team is essential. The work environment is supportive and busy; you will be dealing with a range of internal and external customers so your interpersonal and communication skills with people at all levels will have to be top-notch. Clearly, computer skills are vital and your ability to prioritise and organise your work to achieve results is essential.
Ideally you will have proven experience in sales support roles or similar administrative background and are looking for a hands on role with lots of variety and where you can really make a difference!
