Founded by Canterbury local Guy McKee, Boss Construction has a wealth of experience across a range of sectors. We provide a complete construction service for commercial, industrial and residential projects. With a team of over 20 staff and a full yard of equipment, we have the scale and experience to tackle any task, delivering projects to a high standard.

You will be working as part of the fantastic construction crew on a range of commercial and residential projects.

The roles offered are full time, with Saturday work usually available over our busy periods for those who want overtime.

Ideal applicants will have at least 5 years experience in the industry, be fully qualified, hold a full drivers licence, site safe passport, first aid certificate, have a full set of tools, hold a clean criminal history, take pride in working to a high standard and be able to complete jobs efficiently and safely. It is important to note, we gave a zero-drug policy in place and take workplace safety very seriously.
