We're looking for an LBP (preferably member of NZIBI) who has good experience in the residential sector, a thorough knowledge of Dunedin homes and who is computer savvy, very good at report writing and able to accurately identify and describe issues found in homes etc.
We need someone for at least one day a week but preferably 2 or more and up to 5, depending on your availability (and current demand for our services)so even semi-retired tradesmen are welcome to apply. This is not weekend work. This is a contractor position not an employee role.
Reliability, thoroughness and a high level of accuracy, and fast report turnaround are essential requirements as well as honesty, integrity and good presentation as you will be going in to peoples' homes.
This could suit someone recently retired or who is already working part-time or even full time if you have flexibility to take time off during the week and this is a real chance to push your income up very nicely.
You will need your own vehicle, a ladder, a digital camera and one or two other items.(Laser level would also be a bonus). Some training will be provided to the successful applicants.
