This is not your every day cleaning role as we deal with sites contaminated by the drug methamphetamine. This role is unique as you will encounter interesting neighborhoods and interesting people from a range of backgrounds so having good people skills is a must. There is often a good work story.

You will be running a team of one or two and have close support from management. The displayed pay rate is a starting pay rate and as well as being negotiable it is reviewed three monthly.

The role itself involves following a scope of work prepared for you, so close attention to detail is necessary. It also includes wearing full protective equipment including coveralls and respiratory face mask which can get hot, so a moderate level of fitness is a must.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- To have experience in a team leader role and experience cleaning.

- Your own transport to and from the work depot. You will be provided with a work vehicle during work hours.

- Your own smart phone with internet. You will be required to send photos and correspondence from site (the company pays a portion of your phone bill).

- A clean criminal record and to pass a drug test. We have a number of security sensitive contracts.

- You may be required to travel for a night or two occasionally (the company pays for travel and accommodation).

- You will need to take health & safety seriously as this is a big part of the job. As well as this, attention to detail is a must as your role involves reading and filling in reports.
