Thats Clean Limited is a privately owned NZ commercial cleaning company- based in Auckland which was established over 25 years ago. We are not a franchise operation. Thats Clean is a boutique cleaning company and we pride ourselves on having a high cleaning standards whilst ensuring we look after our 140+ staff. We service a range of clients throughout the Auckland region,due to rapid growth we are seeking a Client Services Manager (CSM).

Reporting to the Services Manager and working as part of a team-key responsibilities for our CSM are:

* Develop a close working relationship with clients

* Maintain operating costs & budgets

* Monitoring of the quality of work undertaken by Thats Clean staff , sub-contractors and night supervisors

* To ensure that all support services are accounted for

* Work on building strong relationships with clients

* Perform monthly inspection reports for client sites
* Complete staff management- Recruitment, training & performance management

To be considered for this position you will need to show your experience in:

* Planning and organisational skills (Time management, Able to follow systems and procedures, plan & implement systems with staff onsite, manage your time)
* Working with computers (General computer suites such as word excel -able to use an ipad)

* Communication with Clients/Staff (Proven history of working with staff from a number of cultures, excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to follow through on tasks or issues)

  • Previous industry experience * (*Or a similar position within another industry although training is provided for the right candidate)

  • Looking after a range of clients (Managing client expectations and needs in the service industry)

* Being flexible around your work time
