You will be a part of a core team of 4 people. You will be leading a team of 15 to 20 staff across 20 to 25 sites, and your role has a great degree of variety:

> Customer service
> Quality control
> Recruitment
> Training and staff support
> Timesheets
> H&S
> Cleaning

This is a hands-on role, so getting stuck in, building understanding through experience, and leading by example is fundamental.

This is the perfect opportunity for a professional cleaner wishing to build on their existing skills and experience, or someone who’s already at management level but wants to get out of working in a pressure cooker and add some meaning to their life.

Ideally, we would like to see you grow into the role of Area Manager. This is not an essential goal for the role, however, so don't worry if this is not where you see yourself heading.


Expect to work 30 to 40 hours per week with evenings and weekends as required.

Up to about half of the job can be done during the day and these hours are very flexible. Evening and weekend hours are defined by the necessity to work alongside your team.

This can be built to full time if you wish to take on a greater workload.


We anticipate that this role will start somewhere between $19-$25/hr, depending on experience.

Supervisor or Team Leader experience

Reasonably comfortable working on computers - Excel, Word, email, web apps.

Good written skills and oral communication.

Commercial cleaning experience is valuable but not essential.
