1. Customer Service
• Greet and farewell members entering and exiting the club, both from Reception and on the Gym Floor.
• Assist prospective members by explaining membership options and benefits and touring around the facility.
• Assist members with any membership enquiries.
• Provide members with recommendations for Group Fitness and Personal Training.
• Answering phones and handling enquiries.
2. Cleaning and Health & Safety
• Complete hourly Club Runs.
• Completion of daily and weekly cleaning specifications or as directed by the Club Manager.
• Hazard identification and reporting.
• Completion of shift checklists, including opening and closing.
• Completion of membership forms, both manually and electronically.
• Process paperwork for manual payments and complete cash and EFTPOS transactions.
• Daily reconciliation of till and banking procedure.
We require a part time evening receptionist for between 8 - 12 hours per week.
Ideally you would be available Mon - Fri evenings between 4.30pm - 9.15pm, weekend availability may result in additional shifts.
