Reference Contracts Manager
Empire Electrical Services is seeking a Contracts Manager

You must be an EWRB registered and Qualified Electrician who has a number of years experience in the trade - on and off the tools. This is a predominantly office based role but during peak times where work load is high you may be required to help out on the tools to keep up with demand.

The ideal candidate will be someone with strong sales skills and is confident in going out and developing new business as well as assisting with needs of current clients, You will be a natural leader as you will be responsible with directing a managing employees and staffing levels within the business. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is essential for this role along with supporting references that can vouch for this experience.

Aspects of your role will include but not be limited to:

- Scheduling workload
- Day to Day management of staff
- Management of specific projects
- Business development, cold calling and networking to bring on new clients
- Quoting
- Administrative tasks
- `On the tools` Electrical work when
- A proactive approach to the maintenance
of Health & Safety standards.
- A practical approach to problem solving
- Assist with the events side of the business when nessesary
- Other typical senior level duties
