We are seeking a person for a permanent full time position at one of our long serving customers sites.

Our customer is a well established New Zealand company that is a market leader in the small goods processing and manufacturing market. Their plant in Papanui is high volume while maintaining the highest quality products.

Forming part of the maintenance team you will be the sole charge electrician reporting to the engineering manager onsite, while still having the back up and cover of other Pulse Electrical colleges within the company.

The job requires fault finding, planed maintenance and electrical upgrades and alterations. The position would suit someone with good communication skills, experience in food processing, manufacturing or packaging industries. Electrical registration and practicing licence essential. Working with us will give you an opportunity to widen your skill base and abilities.

Key to our customers requirements:

> Industrial experience working with manufacturing and packaging equipment.

> Qualified electrician with current practicing licence.

> Experience working on VSD's, conveyor belts, pumps, and safety systems.

> Working unsupervised.

> Commitment to quality and safe working practices.
