Because you will be given Autonomy and responsibility within this role you must be able to demonstrate 5+ years of experience in the trade and have sound knowledge of industry heat pump systems and products.

- Competent in the installation of HVAC, HRV and air conditioning units
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Can work unsupervised and use leads within the industry to develop business
- Sounds knowledge of health and safety and associated paperwork
- Own tools and equipment
- Ability to run a team of tradesman and be actively involved in on the site training
- Commendable communication skills and ability to liaise and communicate well with clients
- Clean criminal history
- Drug free
Ideally you will have trade cert or any other supporting qualifications or tickets within the industry. It would be an advantage in this role to have experience in solar and home ventilation systems. Site Safe and a confined spaces ticket would be preferable.
