Delta is the smart thinking infrastructure specialist in energy and environmental services.

We are seeking 2 registered and currently practising Electricians with excellent problem solving skills to join our network distribution maintenance team. The role is based in Cromwell/Alexandra where you will be part of a high performing team in a great location.

Reporting to the Technician Team Leader, these roles involve performing installation, maintenance, fault finding, repairs, testing and commissioning on a wide range of Electricity Supply Industry Plant including control equipment and instrumentation.

To be considered for these roles, you must have:

  • Electrical Registration
  • A current practising licence
  • A current and clean drivers licence
  • Good problem solving skills
  • An analytical approach to fault finding
  • A good track record in dealing with customers
  • Competence in using a computer.

Ideally you will be conversant with regulations and practice involving high voltage plant. We will provide immediate training to support you in your role, and ongoing training may be offered for future progression within Delta.

To be successful in the role you will possess a good work ethic and a well organised approach with good interpersonal skills and customer awareness. You will also have strong attention to detail and a demonstrated Health and Safety focus.
