Show up ready – reliable, on time, and physically fit for the job Keen to get stuck in on residential projects and work in a team environment Tool-smart – you know your way around a toolbox and aren't afraid to use it Team player with initiative – you can work with others but think for yourself when needed Mobile – restricted or full licence with your own reliable transport, manual licence preferred Clean record – criminal background and able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing Legal to work – NZ permanent resident or citizen
