Glazing Supervisor (Wellington)

Viridian Glass is a part of the CSR group, and is a leading provider of residential and commercial glass and glazing services in New Zealand. Our services cover everything from energy efficient double glazing, shower screens, splash backs, pool fences and balustrades through to our Euroglass premium fittings and installation.

As a Glazing Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be to ensure safe, efficient and effective supervision of Glaziers and glass processors, as well as on time in full delivery of products to customers, without risk to employees, environment, product or equipment, customers or third parties and their property.

Skills & experience required:

Experience in developing and leading a team - Strong leadership (effective delegator, results driven) skills
Strong commitment to quality, safety and customer service
Appropriate trade or post-trade qualification, Supervisory qualification or experience
Glazing industry experience preferred however we are open to chatting with site managers/project managers who have construction industry experience and or interior fit out leadership experience
Ability to work from 07.00am -15.30pm
