We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to lead our Far North New Zealand branch.
You will be responsible for the achievement of the regional sales targets through development and performance of all sales and account management activities. Your focus will be to manage and motivate the operations teams across the Northland region (Keri Keri and up) and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth.
To be considered for this position you will have people management experience in sales, sales management, operations and business development and a strong commercial acumen delivering results. Ideally, you'll come from hospitality, services, managed facilities or cleaning/hygiene services with a minimum of 3 years prior experience.
