We are looking for an experienced and motivated Hire and Sales Manager to support and manage our Manukau branch.
You will be responsible for the day to day operation and success of the branch; management of the hire team, maintaining new and existing customers, ongoing sales growth, budgetary controls, invoicing and financial reporting.
- Ability to exceed and maintain excellent customer service
- Ability to exceed and maintain hire and sales targets
- Ability to develop and manage staff
- Manage equipment repairs and servicing
- Oversee departmental spending
- Ensure staff, customers and suppliers comply with legal obligations and H&S policies
Required Skills /Experience
- An appropriate trade qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience with both hire and sales
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Honest, reliable and hardworking
- Problem solver and decision maker
- Current drivers licence
- You will need industry knowledge and experience.
